KAROKE FOR A CAUSE

Come celebrate sweet Stella Craig!

Stella has been diagnosed with a very rare genetic disorder called SCN8A. There are less than 150 known cases of SCN8A in the entire world and Stella's specific mutation is 100% unique to her!

This mutation causes her to suffer from very hard to control seizures, significant developmental delays, severe hypotonia, chorea (movement disorder), sleep issues, and cortical vision impairment. This mutation also causes her to have an increased chance of SUDEP (sudden unexpected death of epilepsy patients).

Stella started having seizures at 6 weeks old. Since then she has been on 6 different seizure medications and had more than 8 hospitalizations.

The Craig family is in need of a medical van to help load Stella (along with her wheelchair,) in and out of the vehicle. She is a growing girl, and getting a little hard for her momma to load her in and out on her own.

This town loves this little girl and her wonderful family. Come sing some karaoke, bid on items in the silent auction, enjoy the Taco bar, Open bar, and help out this amazing family and their sweet Stella.

Starting March 6th, going through March 20th, come in to the Muscle Bar to have your battle workout timed, and on March 21st the fastest time will be named the CHAMPION.

$20 entry fee (Want to beat your own time? You can enter multiple times with a new entry fee)

Winner gets ONE FREE MONTH at the Muscle Bar, a custom Champion Title T-shirt, a Trophy, and, of course, Bragging rights to the Title of champion of Battle at the Bar.

Here's the Battle: (must do IN order)

  • -75 calories on Rower machine

  • -100 squats

  • -75 Pushups

  • -50 burpees

  • -25 -20" box jumps

  • -10 floors on stairclimber
