Hi, I’m Trinity! I’m excited to offer cross training classes and 1 on 1 sessions at the newest addition to The Muscle Bar: The Pit. Classes will include a mix of high intensity cardio, body weight exercises, lifting, gymnastics, and more. Anyone at any level is encouraged to join, adjustments can be made for any ability or skill level.

A little about me: I was a CrossFit athlete for about 9 years, lifting heavy is my absolute favorite thing to do in the gym, and I have the best gym playlist ever!
